Yes, you read that correctly. YOU should be reading TO your child even when they are capable of reading alone. By not doing so you are putting them at a disadvantage.

Our hearts go out to all of you and your communities. As teachers and moms there are no words to describe the sorrow and fear that this tragedy elicits.
